Hi, I’m the founder and CEO of Nonprofit Ops Pro. I’m a home-grown Minnesotan and have been involved with nonprofits for most of my life and especially the last 20+ years as a volunteer, staff member, ED, and board member. I went to law school for fun and when I’m not trying to save the world I enjoy spending time with my three young adult children, traveling, the NYT crossword, reading non-fiction, cake decorating, and trying not to adopt all the animals in shelters.

I am a wife and mother to two active boys living in Beaufort, SC currently, but we are a Marine Corps family so we move around every few years. I love supporting the non-profit industry in this position so they can focus on the amazing work they are providing our local and global community. I really enjoy organization, a good Excel spreadsheet, and I love a to do list (mostly checking things off the list). Outside of work I enjoy watching my kids play sports and listening to audiobooks- especially historical fiction!

As a military spouse, mother of five, and dedicated advocate, I understand the power of strong support systems and meaningful service. Based in Southern California, I provide virtual assistant support to nonprofit organizations, helping teams stay organized, manage projects, coordinate communications, and advance their missions. My advocacy work in pediatric cancer and juvenile Type 1 diabetes has given me firsthand experience navigating complex challenges with compassion, persistence, and attention to detail.
