Darcy Schatz

Founder and CEO
Hi, I’m the founder and CEO of Nonprofit Ops Pro. I’m a home-grown Minnesotan and have been involved with nonprofits for most of my life and especially the last 20+ years as a volunteer, staff member, ED, and board member. I went to law school for fun and when I’m not trying to save the world I enjoy hiking, kayaking, traveling, obsessing about crossword puzzles, reading non-fiction, cake decorating, and trying not to adopt all the animals in shelters.

Megan Parker

Client Admin Team
I am a wife and mother to two active boys living in Beaufort, SC currently, but we are a Marine Corps family so we move around every few years. I love supporting the non-profit industry in this position so they can focus on the amazing work they are providing our local and global community. I really enjoy organization, a good Excel spreadsheet, and I love a to do list (mostly checking things off the list). Outside of work I enjoy watching my kids play sports and listening to audiobooks- especially historical fiction!

Nikia Coley

I’m originally from St. Croix, Virgin Islands and currently live in the south with my two sons and fur
baby. I’m an avid reader who is studying astrology and human design. On the professional side, I’m a
strategic operations and administrative professional with over two decades of cross-sector experience. I
specialize in keeping organizations running smoothly behind the scenes. I have a passion for the nonprofit
industry, especially those whose work focuses on marginalized communities.

Tiffany Shivers

Community Manager
As a mother to one young boy living in Mississippi, I balance family life with my passion for helping others. I have spent eight years in various roles in the nonprofit sector and four years as a teacher, supporting organizations and students to thrive. I am also a yoga teacher who loves building community and creating mindful spaces. In my spare time, I enjoy writing and recording meditations and finding ways to bring balance into everyday life.

Viktoria-Isabella King

Client Admin Team and Business Development
Viktoria-Isabella is an Operations and Strategy leader with 20+ years of experience designing, stabilizing and scaling organizations. She’s worked globally with both small nonprofits, private investors and Fortune 500s, across entertainment, international law, cultural and commercial sectors. She was an in-demand consultant globally. She’s passionate about bridging her built a rolodex of skill sets with companies that take their impact seriously. 

Chanel Glover

Client Admin Team and Business Development

Chanel Glover is a former lawyer and educator whose creative work spans across a variety of mediums. Born in Houston, TX, she has adopted her parents’ sense of exploration, as she has lived in over ten cities (& countries) for school, work, and/or adventure. Since earning her MFA in Playwriting, she has written and produced films that have premiered at the Pan African Film Festival (2020), NewFest (2020), UrbanWorld Film Fest (2020), among others. Chanel was a playwright fellow at Lambda Literary’s Writers Retreat for Emerging LGBTQ Voices of 2019. She has been honored to lead film research and creative projects for the likes of Kenya Barris (Khalabo Ink Society), Peter Saji (40 Acres & a Mulatto), and Cheryl Dunye (Jingletown Films). When not being a mom to her kiddo, she serves as Creative Executive for HONEY CHILE.
