Get off the wheel and take control

If you’re reading this, you may be feeling frustrated with the extreme length of your to-do list or you want to accelerate your skills, learn new tools, and access resources that will help you kick your daily work into high gear. We specialize in helping people gain tools and resources and rediscover their passion for nonprofit work.

As the nonprofit operations experts, our coaching sessions focus on operational questions, problems, and ideas. We’ll work together to brainstorm solutions to problems and to gain insight into how to enact change in the organization.

Our nonprofit caoching services are right for you if:

  • You’re a nonprofit ED, staff member, founder, or board chair with a massive to-do list
  • You know there’s a better way to spend your day than feeling as though you’re treading water
  • You’re pretty sure there are more efficient ways to run the organization but can’t quite figure out how to make that happen.
  • You’d like someone to bounce ideas off of who understands your challenges
  • You need simple, practical, actionable steps and suggestions to move your organization forward.
