• Two-hour long sessions – just enough time to get help and get on with your day
• Three sessions, one a month for three months – time to implement and review
• Maximum of five attendees per session – small group so everyone gets attention

• Email check-ins and questions for two weeks following the final session – wrap up any final questions/details
